Chrysanthemum Festival is Ba Vang Pagoda’s traditional festival licensed under Decision No. 607/GP-SVHTTDL dated 21 July, 2014 by the Quang Ninh Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism.
Following the success of Chrysanthemum Festival in 2013 and 2016, this year Ba Vang Pagoda holds Chrysanthemum Festival - the Double Ninth Festival to uphold the spirit of solidarity, humanity and loving-kindness in the hearts of Vietnamese people.
