The very first steps for alms by the monks of Ba Vang Pagoda in Seoul, South Korea.
In Seoul, South Korea, the expatriate Buddhists of Ba Vang Pagoda, and local residents requested Thay Thich Truc Thai Minh and the monks of Ba Vang Pagoda to walk for alms. This was an opportunity for the Vietnamese expatriate Buddhists and locals to accumulate merits and establish connections with the Three Jewels in the beloved Master's Dharma propagation tour in the land of Kimchi.

“The image of monks carrying alms bowls to beg for alms sets an example of a simple way of life, helping people reduce their attachment to material wealth,” said Thay Thich Truc Thai Minh

Accepting the request of expatriate Buddhists in Korea, Thay Thich Truc Thai Minh led the monks of Ba Vang Pagoda on alms round at Gwanmun Temple.

An expatriate Buddhist couldnt hide his happiness when he had the opportunity to make an offering to Thay Thich Truc Thai Minh in person.

An overview of the offering ceremony at Gwanmun Temple with the participation of hundreds of Buddhists and locals.

Buddhists respectfully prepared offerings, waiting to offer alms to Thay and the monks with joy.

A little girl had her mother create a chance to make offerings to Thay and the monks. Hopefully, she will receive future blessings of longevity, beauty, strength, and happiness just like the Buddha had taught.
