"Do not control the speed of your breath. You just need to inhale deeply and exhale slowly in the first three breaths. After that, you breathe naturally according to the needs of your body. Never think of controlling your breaths. If you control the speed of your breath in the first stage of meditation, you may get some illnesses. Just let your breath be natural. Be aware of it but don’t control it, then you will become healthy and your mind will become calmer."
