A true spiritual story: The god of the fig tree manifested
Growing up in a forest surrounded by three mountains, an old fig tree was transplanted into the garden of a family in Hoanh Bo District, Quang Ninh Province, Vietnam in 2010. Strangely, every season when the tree shed its leaves, the family's business experienced a downturn, with little to no income and, at times, falling into crisis.
One day in late 2020, when the family intended to transplant the tree to another place, many strange and unexpected things happened.
One evening, the husband went home late from work. As he reached the gate where the fig tree stood, he felt as if someone was acting upon his body and he could not control his actions and emotions. Strange sounds came out from his mouth, and his hands and feet began to move uncontrollably.
“Please take me to a pagoda on a high and cool place, where there are the pure Three Jewels - Buddha, Dharma, Sangha,” came a voice from the husband. Upon witnessing his unexplainable actions, his family knew that they must take the tree to Ba Vang Pagoda even though they had never been there or had no positive information related to the Pagoda before.
The tree was then brought to Ba Vang Pagoda, and it grew lush and green in a strange way.
