A Visit of the Korean Buddhist Taego Order
On November 30, 2018
Quang Ninh, Vietnam – The Korean Buddhist Taego Order headed by Monk Tae Wang Su Lin made an intimate visit to Ba Vang Pagoda.
On behalf of all the Monks, Nuns and Buddhists, Venerable Thich Truc Bao Giac warmly and joyfully welcomed the delegation.
At the beginning of the visit, Venerable Thich Truc Bao Giac introduced to the delegation the meaningful history of Ba Vang Pagoda as well as the monastic daily practice.
After the chanting ritual in the Main Hall, Venerable Thich Truc Bao Giac led the delegation to visit and learn about the architecture of the Pagoda. Here, the Korean delegation was very interested in the beauty and the amazing architecture of Ba Vang – the Pagoda with the largest Main Hall on the mountain in Indochina.
Before leaving, the delegation did not forget to take some photos to preserve those beautiful moments they had experienced there, ending the visit in a blissful atmosphere. Hopefully, the visit will help strengthen the bond between the citizens, especially Buddhists, of the two countries.
